BuildWise 3D garage designer with selectable building options and a live ballpark estimate

Built around the first sales conversation

Building companies spend time translating incomplete inquiries into a scope they can quote. A buyer might know the overall size but not the door arrangement, or have a collection of exterior pictures without a clear plan. Nova Online Marketing builds websites and marketing for post-frame and barndominium builders. BuildWise Designer addresses that gap between browsing and a useful project conversation.

The goal is straightforward: let the customer see and explore a building before asking your team for a final quote. Dimensions, roof choices, extensions, walls, doors and colors become visible together. A buyer can save the idea, share it and send the selected configuration with their contact information. Your salesperson still does the important work of reviewing use, location, timing and construction requirements.

More than an empty contact form

The designer combines a progressive 3D experience with one live ballpark estimate. Starter designs help people begin. An AI assistant can turn a plain-language request into a supported first draft. Scale props and an interior walkthrough help discuss fit and layout, while generated photo previews help visualize an exterior in a realistic setting.

These tools are not shortcuts around professional construction work. A generated image is not a completed-project photograph. A scale prop is not an exact vehicle measurement. A building estimate is not an installed-price guarantee. BuildWise does not produce engineered drawings, cut lists or material takeoffs, and it does not finalize residential interior floor plans. The design is a clearer starting point for the builder, not permission to build.

The builder remains in control

Supported administration tools let approved team members manage templates, material and option rates, feature switches and catalog props. The public demo uses example buildings and prices, which must be reviewed before adopting a production catalog. Your company should only publish products and options it actually offers.

The customer-facing tool can be presented through an embed or direct link from your website. An optional done-for-you website can be discussed with Nova Online Marketing as part of the broader sales experience. The aim is to make the next step clear and usable on a phone, tablet or desktop, without treating the designer as a replacement for your team.

Talk through your building catalog

Open the live demo to see the workflow. If the approach fits your business, email Info@buildwisedesigner.com with your current website, building types and the options you most often quote. Those details help frame a useful discussion of setup, pricing and integration.

You do not need to prepare a finished software specification before getting in touch. A representative product list and a few common project examples are a practical beginning. We can discuss the scope from there without promising a price, timeline or feature that has not been agreed.
